Overview

EVEN CAMPING Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at EVEN CAMPING!

We understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. We aim to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

Return Eligibility

You can return most new, unopened items sold by EVEN CAMPING within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply, such as:

  • Items that are damaged or used
  • Items that are missing parts
  • Items that are clearly not as described on the product page
  • Items that are excluded from returns based on our policy (clearly listed on product page)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@evencamping.com or call us at +1 720-615-9371 within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International Orders (EU)

For customers residing in the European Union (EU), you have an additional 14-day “cooling-off” period after receiving your order to cancel your purchase and return any items for a full refund, including any standard shipping costs you paid. Please follow the same return process outlined above to initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period.

Please Note:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
